Welcome to Reception Class
Reception class is home to Miss Burden, who is our reception class teacher. Our youngest members of school are taught PE by Mr Watson, our specialist sports coach every Monday and Thursday and later in the school year the Reception team will be further complimented by Mrs Tatlow who will be teaching French on Monday mornings.

Our Expectations
Now that you are in Reception you need to be aware of the Age-Related Expectations (ARE). These are the knowledge and skills that the cohort must have in order to be able to accelerate their learning throughout the rest of the year. Look closely and work hard to ensure all of these objectives are achieved.
