After School Club Play Leader

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our busy after-school club team.  This is a super opportunity for a play leader to join our school team and contribute to further enriching the lives of our pupils. 

The position is up to 8 hours a week (term-time only). Monday to Thursday 3pm - 5pm. However, the days can be flexible and shared with other staff, so please do contact us if you are interested in working part of the week. 

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Ideally have previous experience of working as a play leader or similar but this is not essential
  • Be flexible, ready to adapt, and is able to act proactively in changeable situations
  • Have the ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with children and staff
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in positive behaviour management
  • Have strong organisation and time management skills
  • Understand child protection issues and be committed to safeguarding children
  • Uphold our Christian Ethos
